In talking to my clients, I’ve found that the #1 struggle most investors have is how to get leads.

Depending on what investing strategy you’re using, you might need motivated seller leads, wholesale buyer leads, rent-to-own buyer leads, cash investor leads, and maybe others.

Probably you realize that without a steady flow of leads your business will die.

Here’s the solution:

Learn to generate your own leads, and have them contacting you rather than you chasing after them. You don’t want to depend 100% on a service that promises to give you leads. If they go out of business, or if they stop providing good leads, you’ll go out of business.

When you know how to generate your own leads, you have control over the flow of leads, like controlling the tap.

You can turn on the flow of leads and turn it up as high as you want.

You want to do marketing that will get motivated leads to contact you. When you’re chasing after people, you’re going to be dealing mostly with unmotivated people. Not that it can’t work, but it’s going to have a very low rate of acceptance. In other words, you’re going to get a lot of “no’s” before you get a “yes”. If you position yourself where people know what you offer and they’re contacting you first, they are much more likely to be a good lead.

So how do you generate your own leads?

Because so many of my clients were struggling with this, I have developed a new program called “Get Leads Today!”

The focus of this program is to show you specifically what to do to generate leads. Each month, we’ll be releasing a new module that shows you what action items to take that month. If you complete each module and do the action items, each month you’ll be adding more sources of leads. Your business will grow and grow each month.

This program is not about just gaining head knowledge. It’s about taking action. The only way you will get results is if you follow the instructions and do what you’re told.

Don’t think of it as information that you’re getting, think of it more as a coaching program that will help you build your business. Coaching programs are expensive, though, usually thousands of dollars per month. Don’t worry, I took that into account. I know some people are just starting out and don’t have much money to spend on marketing. In the beginning we’ll use methods that are either free or low cost. Then, over time, as you start applying what you learn and getting some deals, we’ll introduce some other marketing techniques that cost a little more but will leverage your time better. Once you’re making consistent income you’ll want to hire an assistant to do the more time consuming things for you. Or, if you’re already at that point, you can do that from the beginning.

So you’re probably wondering, ‘OK, how much will I have to invest?’

Here’s the deal. This training could easily be 197.00/month, and eventually that’s what it may be. But I know that would put it out of most people’s reach, and I designed this to help as many people as possible, including those who are just starting out and have a tight budget.
